What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in software engineering and operations with a track record of leadership in Finance or HR systems.
A related technical degree is required.
Experience managing vendor partners and teams extended with contractors.
Experience in the HR domain (Hire to Retire, Talent Foundations, Total Rewards, Global Time & Absence, Payroll) or Finance (Record to Report, Source to Pay).
Experience in multiple integration technologies including MuleSoft and Workday integrations.
Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and test automation strategies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
