What we're looking for

Experience with formal people leadership responsibilities in a supervisor, manager, or similar role.
Working knowledge of the software development life cycle including requirements, design, implementation, integration, test, estimation, and technical documentation.
Experience operating within cost, schedule, and technical constraints while coordinating with program and engineering stakeholders.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance (preferred); experience in agile, business rhythms, or specific programming languages (preferred).
