Senior Manager, Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Drive planning and day-to-day management across the full project lifecycle for complex IT initiatives.
• Run programs with budgets exceeding $5M consisting of one or more large projects.
• Oversee the development and tracking of timelines and milestones with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects using agile methodology and other project management practices.
• Forecast resource allocations on a weekly basis while maintaining the project budget.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate project status directly to senior leadership.
• Oversee other Agile Management resources and matrixed members of the project team.
• Identify risks and barriers to project goals and work with leaders to address challenges.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment.
• 5+ years of experience in leading program management efforts within a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Adept at problem solving, decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, and execution.
• Experience managing programs with budgets of $5M+ and multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing projects using agile methodology and other Project Management practices.
• Healthcare Industry experience (preferred).
• Scrum certification (preferred).
