Senior Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Provide end-to-end delivery leadership and accountability for up to two scrum teams or a complex team within the portfolio.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Product Owners and teams to ensure work items have clear scope, sizing, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and constraints while providing transparent milestone tracking and delivery trade-off decisions.
• Serve as a liaison between product owners, development teams, and executive stakeholders to communicate status and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards by managing release scope statements, change requests, and audit artifacts.
• Coordinate testing readiness, including UAT and regression testing, while driving effective defect management and root cause analysis.
• Mentor teams on agile practices and use delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement of the Agile Delivery Lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• A degree or equivalent education is required.
• Candidates must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience leading complex, large-scale agile delivery initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery leader is required.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration tools is required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification from a recognized organization is required.
• Hands-on experience with Jira admin tasks is required.
