Senior Manager, Global Security Operations

What you'll do

• Manage and improve the day-to-day performance of the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) across all shifts.
• Own the operational metrics program by defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, and SLA adherence.
• Use data to drive decisions regarding resource allocation, workflow optimization, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop analysts to build clear career paths and foster a high-performance culture.
• Establish operating rhythms including shift turnovers, quality reviews, and performance reporting to ensure team consistency.
• Identify and lead projects for tool optimization and automation in SIEM/SOAR systems to reduce analyst fatigue.
• Provide senior management support to the global security operations teams across the US, Ireland, and India.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable reports and dashboards for both technical teams and senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Prior leadership experience within a Security Operations Center (SOC) is required.
• 6+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or a related cybersecurity discipline are required.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including managing analysts and coordinating a global team, are required.
• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting operational metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to measure performance is required.
• Proven ability to lead operational improvement projects from identification through delivery of measurable results is required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of network and endpoint security, common attacker techniques, and SIEM/SOAR tools is required.
• Experience defining and operating metrics for a 24x7 operational service (preferred).
• One or more industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, or equivalent (preferred).
