What you'll do

  • Lead the migration of card recovery systems onto next-generation data infrastructure to phase out legacy technology.
  • Develop and scale AI-leveraged tools to provide a single source of truth for card servicing policies.
  • Manage the delivery of credit bureau disputes ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless user experiences.
  • Implement conversational AI solutions to automate validation across various customer interaction channels.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify and solve complex problems through human-centered product discovery.
  • Define end-to-end product roadmaps by using data-driven insights to manage investment decisions and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to influence sustainable technical architecture, security standards, and platform modernization.
  • Mentor and coach a high-performing team while communicating long-term product visions to executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • Ability to lead human-centered product discovery through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Ability to define long-term product roadmaps and manage financial impacts using data-driven insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to influence sustainable technical architecture and platform modernization.
  • Ability to serve as a strategic leader by formulating vision and mentoring high-performing teams.
