What you'll do

  • Define long-term product roadmaps for high-impact initiatives across fraud, recoveries, collections, and digital servicing.
  • Lead the migration of US Card Recoveries onto next-generation data infrastructure to phase out legacy technology.
  • Develop and scale AI-leveraged tools to provide a single source of truth for card servicing policies.
  • Manage the design and execution of data strategies for high-impact fraud models.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite, including forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time operations.
  • Drive the delivery of credit bureau dispute processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Implement conversational AI solutions to automate validation across various customer interactions.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of product managers to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
