JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Product Management - US Card, Servicing & Core Modernization
The Senior Manager, Product Management - US Card, Servicing & Core Modernization joins the Servicing Strategy team to serve as the hands-on strategy lead for migrating to a modernized core platform. This role involves driving day-to-day execution across five platforms and three tenants, bridging the gap between the core program vision and technical reality. Key responsibilities include managing the product backlog, scoping workstreams for Day 1 and Day 2 milestones, and partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness. The position requires proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The work focuses on solving complex technical dependencies and delivering resilient solutions for the US Card, Servicing, and Core Modernization product areas.
Lead the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform.
Bridge the gap between the core program vision and technical realities for five platforms and three tenants.
Manage the product backlog and scope specific workstreams to meet Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and finalize solutioning.
Ensure operational readiness for agents and customers during the platform transition.
Identify and resolve complex problems to mitigate product risks and deliver outcomes.
Drive organizational alignment and lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems.
What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Manage product backlogs and scope specific workstreams to meet critical milestones.
Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness.
Bridge the gap between core program vision and technical reality across multiple platforms and tenants.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
