What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of migrating the company to a modernized core platform.
  • Bridge the gap between high-level program vision and technical reality across multiple platforms and tenants.
  • Manage the product backlog and scope workstreams to meet critical "Day 1" and "Day 2" milestones.
  • Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and finalize technical solutions.
  • Ensure operational readiness for both internal agents and external customers during platform transitions.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating risks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate business strategy into innovative, consumer-facing digital products.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform.
  • Proficiency in managing product backlogs and scoping workstreams for critical milestones.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between high-level program vision and technical reality across multiple platforms.
  • Capability to partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps and ensure operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and innovation.
