The Senior Manager, Product Management- Card Tech joins the Card Core team to drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must demonstrate strong AI proficiency to accelerate delivery, decision-making, and platform design.
Must be able to manage team interactions with senior stakeholders to achieve near- and long-term goals.
Must proactively manage product risk and health posture while informing functional requirements.
Must drive product management best practices and establish a culture of product management discipline throughout the organization.
Must design best-in-class solutions across Card Core efforts.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
