What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers in the OCI India Development Center.
Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable software services for identity and access management.
Provide technical leadership on architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability for high-scale distributed systems.
Manage project priorities, resource planning, execution timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Establish engineering best practices to promote a culture of quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
Proactively identify risks and improve processes to ensure system reliability at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute technical strategy for enterprise-scale applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
10+ years of technical engineering experience including coding in Java, J2EE, REST, and Python.
5+ years of engineering management experience.
Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and database architecture.
Proven ability to define and execute technical strategy while aligning engineering efforts with product goals.
Experience leading teams through complex technical challenges and cross-team collaboration.
Proficiency in building and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth or ambiguous environments.
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and experience running 24x7 cloud services.
