What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption.
Advanced proficiency in Java (including Java 17) and other programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework for building SOAP/RESTful Web Services, MVC, and Spring Boot.
Strong experience architecting, deploying, and operating cloud-native services using AWS.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, web security protocols, and automated build/integration tools like Jenkins and Maven.
