What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience in SDLC and developer tools utilization.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and coaching others on compliant usage patterns.
Proven experience in full-stack software development using Java, Spring technologies, and AWS/Cloud environments.
Experience managing technologists, including hiring, developing, and recognizing talent while fostering a culture of inclusion.
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and working with APIs (especially Open API).
Experience leading technology projects and providing end-user support with strong problem-solving abilities.
AWS or other cloud service associate level certification (preferred); experience in financial services or Buy Now Pay Later business (preferred).
