The Senior Manager, Hardware Engineering joins the hardware engineering organization to lead managers and multidisciplinary teams responsible for PLC, I/O, and communication products. This leader will own hardware execution from requirements and architecture through validation, certification, industrialization, and release while influencing technology choices, engineering practices, and talent strategy. Key responsibilities include building organizational depth, improving the engineering system for predictability and quality, and partnering with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred qualifications include experience with embedded hardware systems, industrial automation products, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and functional safety or cybersecurity standards like IEC 61508, IEC 61511, and IEC 62443. The position focuses on developing next-generation industrial control platforms.
