Senior Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for data center capital investments.
• Maintain project-level forecasting models incorporating cost curves, construction schedules, and capacity timelines.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure accuracy in cost and timing assumptions.
• Develop cost benchmarks and perform variance analysis to provide transparency across the portfolio.
• Influence investment decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate monthly business reviews focused on forecast performance, execution risks, and mitigation actions.
• Provide financial oversight for long-term supplier agreements and major capital commitments.
• Support commercial decision-making in collaboration with sourcing, procurement, and construction teams.

What we're looking for

• A Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of post-graduate experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of post-graduate experience (preferred).
• Experience in multinational, matrix-based, or technology/software industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to influence decisions, manage multiple projects under deadlines, and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Office suite tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build partnerships across complex organizations (preferred).
