What you'll do

  • Manage engineering program execution, cost control, and technical performance across all programs in the business segment.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI for continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and lead key initiatives to improve engineering processes and tools.
  • Mitigate risks, staffing issues, and contractual scope deviations through active engagement with program teams.
  • Develop business strategies for sustainment and growth in collaboration with leadership and business development teams.
  • Manage financial activities including engineering budgets, forecasts, capital/expense management, and labor analysis.
  • Oversee people management tasks such as hiring, performance management, headcount forecasting, and employee training.
  • Provide technical content and leadership for proposals while identifying cross-business unit strengths and weaknesses.

What we're looking for

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10 years of supervisory experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years of experience, is required.
  • Experience leading teams executing technologically complex programs in changing environments is required.
  • Domain expertise in Anti-Tamper, hardware physical security, or commercial product development (preferred).
  • Strong background leading multi-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver products (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring customer relationships and communicate effectively at all levels (preferred).
  • Existing Secret clearance (preferred).
