Senior Manager, Electrical Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead a team of engineers to develop, simulate, and integrate specialized firmware designs for electronic warfare systems.
• Develop signal processing architectures for low-latency signal classification and countermeasures on single and distributed chips.
• Decompose and allocate system-level requirements into specific FPGA technical specifications.
• Architect high-complexity digital solutions and implement them across various FPGA platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of firmware development, including requirement verification, simulation mapping, and lab testing.
• Oversee team performance by managing staffing, training, onboarding, and professional development for junior engineers.
• Serve as a technical representative for design reviews and provide oversight on program execution and issue resolution.
• Establish and enforce consistent firmware development processes and best practices across all FPGA designs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree and at least 10 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance (preferred).
• MSEE or PhD in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience leading a team of senior firmware engineers including staffing, mentoring, and performance management (preferred).
• System level knowledge of Electronic Warfare technology with a focus on FPGA Firmware architecture (preferred).
• Proficiency in hardware debugging tools, MATLAB, and various FPGA design suites like Vivado or Quartus (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
