What you'll do

Develop and simulate high-specialized firmware designs for electronic warfare systems.
Architect digital solutions and signal processing architectures for low-latency classification and countermeasures.
Decompose system-level requirements into specific FPGA specifications and technical requirements.
Perform formal test, lab verification, and hardware-level debugging of circuit card assemblies.
Lead a team of engineers through coding, simulation, and firmware development processes.
Oversee the performance, training, and professional development of the electrical engineering firmware group.
Serve as a functional representative for design reviews and technical issue resolution teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
Active TS/SCI Clearance (preferred).
MSEE or PhD in Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred).
System level knowledge of Electronic Warfare technology with a concentration in FPGA Firmware architecture development and support (preferred).
Experience with RF concepts, high complexity FPGA digital design, and hardware debugging tools like signal generators and logic analyzers (preferred).
Proficiency in FPGA tools (Vivado, Quartus, etc.), languages (SystemVerilog, C, C++, Python), and MBSE methodologies (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
