What you'll do

Lead an engineering team developing distributed services for network modeling and configuration across AI infrastructure.
Own the team roadmap and delivery commitments while balancing reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Partner with technical leads to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and resolve technical risks for core services.
Establish execution plans for complex projects and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with network, infrastructure, and operations teams to align requirements across service boundaries.
Build a culture of production ownership through effective testing, observability, and safe rollout practices.
Manage operational performance by ensuring sustainable on-call practices and implementing engineering improvements from incidents.
Hire, coach, and develop engineers through regular feedback, career planning, and thoughtful delegation.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must have 10+ years of experience.
Must have substantial software engineering experience, including managing teams that build and operate production services.
Must have a record of delivering complex software initiatives through effective planning, technical judgment, and collaboration.
Must have a strong understanding of distributed systems, service architecture, reliability, and the software development lifecycle.
Must have experience hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, including senior technical contributors.
Must have experience owning production services and improving operational health through engineering investment.
Experience leading teams building cloud infrastructure, network automation, or infrastructure control systems (preferred).
