What you'll do

Lead a team building high-performance, scalable, and reliable core network infrastructure.
Own the performance of the networking dataplane and define the product roadmap for customer features.
Communicate service capacity, security, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Automate processes and eliminate technical debt within the service stack.
Manage on-call rotations and respond to customer incidents within agreed SLAs.
Troubleshoot complex issues by leveraging deep knowledge of service topology and dependencies.
Architect, design, and oversee the development and implementation of new features.
Mentor and grow engineers building network infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in the field.
Must have at least 3 years of experience leading or managing a team of software engineers building network infrastructure.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Must hold a BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Must have experience leading or managing teams working with NIC DPU's based on P4 and/or DOCA.
Must possess hands-on ability to architect, design, and oversee the development and implementation of features.
Must have experience with C/C++, Python, Linux Kernel Modules, and device drivers.
Must have experience with network protocols, tools, troubleshooting, gdb, Coredump analysis, and automation.
