Senior Manager, Consumer Engagement Product

What you'll do

• Lead ongoing consumer engagement product efforts including enriched messaging and VoiceAI technologies.
• Manage key activities, milestones, and deliverables for the consumer engagement portfolio.
• Lead research initiatives on effective consumer engagement methodologies across the product portfolio.
• Identify, monitor, and enhance success metrics such as engagement and opt-out rates.
• Manage special projects like automating approval processes and developing innovative ways of working.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Connect dots between multiple ongoing priorities by operating at the intersection of project and product management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or as a product manager at an early/mid-stage startup.
• 3-5 years of experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity software.
• 3-5 years of experience building executive-level deliverables and project plans.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude CoWork and/or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong critical reasoning skills to manage the intersection of project and product management.
• Ability to communicate succinctly in both written and verbal formats across the organization.
• General interest in healthcare, technology, and marketing.
