The Senior Manager, Product Management - Workforce Management Tools leads the product management team responsible for the Workforce & Intelligent Routing platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end product suite, overseeing forecasting, capacity planning, schedule generation, and real-time operations for Card Servicing. The successful candidate will set the product vision, mentor other product managers, manage external vendors, and collaborate with tech leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and clean up data pipelines. The role requires proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Own the end-to-end Workforce Management product suite including forecasting, capacity planning, and schedule generation.
Set a clear product vision and long-term roadmap to drive sustainable customer experiences.
Coach and mentor a team of Product Managers to achieve measurable outcomes and high standards.
Partner with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and ensure smooth live deployments.
Translate technical and security requirements for external vendors and align internal stakeholder plans.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must be able to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Managers.
Must possess the ability to set product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps.
Must be able to manage external vendors and translate technical and security needs.
Must be able to partner with Tech Leads to resolve architecture tradeoffs and data pipeline issues.
Must be able to communicate complex platform constraints to senior leadership in clear business terms.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
