Senior Manager, Product Manager, Bank Marketing Adtech

What you'll do

• Define the vision for the bank's advertising technology (adtech) stack.
• Build, monitor, and enhance adtech systems to drive digital marketing growth and efficiency.
• Lead a cross-functional team of strategists, product managers, and engineers to scale marketing across digital channels.
• Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems while mitigating risks to the product.
• Develop personalized and intelligent customer experiences using data, machine learning, and automation.
• Deliver innovative and resilient technology solutions that provide both near-term and long-term value.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
• Must be able to lead cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, product managers, and engineers.
• Ability to manage and enhance an advertising technology (adtech) stack to drive growth and efficiency.
• Proficiency in human-centered design to innovate solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to solve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
• Capability to leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for long-term value.
