The Senior Manager, Product Management - Correspondence Platform joins the US Card Outbound Correspondence team to manage the complete product lifecycle for critical customer communications. This role focuses on driving the modernization of a new enterprise correspondence platform for real-time letters, disclosures, and statements integrated with messaging destinations. The successful candidate will collaborate across Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy to onboard and offboard new customer communications while building capabilities like paper fallback, self-healing controls, and dynamic composition. Key requirements include expertise in data systems, processing, and human-centered design to translate internal and external needs into resilient solutions. The role requires a blend of transformational leadership and integrated problem-solving to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver innovative, technology-driven outcomes for the enterprise-wide destination platform.
Own the complete product lifecycle from initial ideation to development and launch.
Drive the modernization of a new enterprise platform for real-time letters, disclosures, and statements.
Integrate the correspondence platform with various messaging destinations.
Onboard and offboard new customer communications across different lines of business.
Translate internal and external customer needs into innovative new product capabilities.
Develop platform capabilities including paper fallback, self-healing controls, and dynamic composition.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive organizational alignment.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to development and launch.
Must be able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership.
Must be able to translate internal and external customer needs into innovative new capabilities.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
