Senior Manager, Product Management, Correspondence Platform

What you'll do

• Own the complete product lifecycle from initial ideation through development and launch for the outbound correspondence platform.
• Drive the modernization of a new enterprise platform for real-time letters, disclosures, and statements.
• Translate internal and external customer needs into innovative technical capabilities like paper fallback and self-healing controls.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of various customer communications across different lines of business.
• Integrate correspondence systems with messaging destinations to ensure seamless delivery of critical documents.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to align cross-functional teams including Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy.
• Resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks through integrated problem-solving techniques.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience is acceptable.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to development and launch.
• Proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and demonstrate strong matrixed leadership across internal and external partners.
• Experience with data systems, processing, and understanding of user needs.
