Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of data and integration engineers to develop solutions meeting business requirements.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap including milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate risks or dependencies that impact delivery.
• Manage the department budget by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions for optimal performance.
• Direct change management initiatives to drive operational improvements across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Eight or more years of experience in software integration and managing complex integration initiatives.
• Three or more years of leadership responsibility with strong team management skills.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
• Strong project management skills using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Understanding of healthcare environments, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Advantage (preferred).
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance (preferred).
