Senior Manager, AI Solutions Enablement

What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation opportunities across operations, culinary, finance, HR, and safety functions.
• Design, build, and maintain functional tools using ChatGPT, Codex, Power Platform, and custom scripting.
• Develop training curricula, documentation, and prompt libraries to make operational teams self-sufficient.
• Establish practical AI governance guardrails regarding data security, tool documentation, and usage policies.
• Automate reporting, analytics, and forecasting to replace manual data assembly and processing.
• Create specialized tools for culinary tasks such as recipe scaling, cost analysis, and inventory tracking.
• Produce automated communication materials, executive summaries, and client-facing presentation content.
• Lead live training sessions and office hours to drive internal adoption of AI technologies.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, technical product management, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying AI tools such as custom GPTs, agents, or automations.
• Working proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience in process improvement and change management to drive user adoption of new systems.
• Ability to teach non-technical users through clear, jargon-free communication and training sessions.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior leadership and clients.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced Excel automation.
• Preferred experience in foodservice, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
