What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the hospitality technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own systems architecture, integrations, data flows, reporting platforms, and AI solutions.
  • Write and oversee production-quality code using Python, SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Build and govern KPI frameworks and real-time dashboards for operations, culinary, and finance.
  • Develop APIs, automated workflows, and data pipelines connecting POS and financial systems.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve service delivery and business intelligence.
  • Lead vendor selection, technology evaluations, and contractor management for technical projects.
  • Train and support managers on platform usage, data literacy, and dashboard navigation.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in technology leadership, systems architecture, data platforms, or digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and service lines.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and cloud platforms.
  • Advanced expertise with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise technology standards.
  • Experience building KPI frameworks, metrics systems, executive dashboards, and benchmarking tools for multi-site operational environments.
  • Experience integrating multi-platform operational systems, preferably within managed services or hospitality environments (preferred).
  • Certifications such as Azure, Power BI, PMP, Enterprise Architecture, or AI-related credentials (preferred).
