What you'll do

Provide expert-level administration of RedHat Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Lead a team of Linux administrators by providing technical guidance and project leadership.
Manage the Enterprise Satellite server to meet software deployment and update requirements.
Automate routine and complex tasks using Ansible to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Monitor and tune systems to achieve peak performance levels in accordance with service level agreements.
Identify and resolve performance issues within mission-critical production environments.
Perform acceptance testing for modules, subsystems, and total system integrations.
Maintain detailed documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Linux Systems Administration.
8+ years of Linux Systems Administration experience.
Current DoW 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) prior to start.
One of the following certifications: RHCSA, CompTIA Linux+, or LPIC-1.
U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain Interim Secret).
Extensive experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
Experience with Red Hat Satellite administration.
Hands-on experience developing automation using Ansible.
