What you'll do

Configure, administer, and maintain Linux operating systems for enterprise IT environments.
Install and maintain operating system software to ensure system integrity and availability.
Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk incidents involving Linux systems and hardware.
Develop Bash shell scripts to improve system stability and deployment repeatability.
Optimize Linux system operations through capacity analysis, resource utilization monitoring, and performance tuning.
Provide technical feedback to management and customers regarding escalated operational issues.
Maintain reliable Linux environments to support testing, validation, and operational readiness.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance at the time of application.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
Four additional years of relevant system administration experience may be substituted for the required bachelor's degree.
Must have a minimum of nine years of experience supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Must be able to configure, administer, and maintain Linux operating systems and network components in enterprise environments.
Must be able to develop Bash shell scripts to improve system stability and deployment repeatability.
Must be able to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk incidents involving Linux systems and hardware.
Experience supporting Intelligence Community or other national security missions (preferred).
