JOB TITLE: Senior Leader, Product Management for Pricing Systems
The Senior Leader, Product Management for Pricing Systems joins the Product Management for Pricing Systems team to oversee critical platform functions. This role involves crafting and driving engineering for digital agreements, banking setup, tax forms, and partner payment features including reporting and foreign exchange. You will manage roadmap planning, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, and testing while leading a group of product managers. Key responsibilities include designing scalable rights and partner onboarding capabilities, translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into technical specifications, and utilizing AI tools to automate workflows and improve decision-making. You will work across Engineering, QA, Legal, and Finance to solve complex global regulatory challenges and provide tools for developers and content partners to manage contracts, rights, and payments.
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical pricing and platform systems.
Translate complex business, legal, and operational requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
Design scalable capabilities for digital agreements, banking setup, tax forms, and partner onboarding.
Mentor and lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to ensure high-quality work and innovation.
Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver AI-powered capabilities to partners.
Lead product strategy to address global regulatory challenges and translate them into scalable platform features.
Prioritize strategic initiatives and partner requests while securing leadership support through investment recommendations.

What we're looking for
10+ years of proven experience in product management, consulting, design, or engineering.
7+ years of recent people management or leadership experience.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and/or an MBA with a relevant engineering/quantitative background.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and assistants to accelerate development, improve decision-making, and enhance productivity.
Outstanding communication skills to convey sophisticated ideas concisely and influence outcomes.
Strong analytical abilities, including experience working with data structures.
Consistent track record of working collaboratively with engineering, QA, design, business, finance, and legal teams.
Experience as an app developer or in roles working with developers (preferred).
