The Senior Lead, Product Management will join the Finance organization to lead a team of Product Managers and Engineers in evolving the company's financial technology platform. This player-coach role involves owning the technical direction for the finance stack, turning complex requirements into automated, compliant solutions for Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Source-to-Pay, and FP&A. You will manage the NetSuite engineering function, overseeing the design, development, and health of the ERP environment. Key responsibilities include defining multi-year fintech strategies, managing integrations via Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft, and ensuring SOX compliance. You must possess deep expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteQL. The role solves critical business problems by driving automation, reducing technical debt, and improving data quality across the entire finance application landscape.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute a multi-year fintech strategy and roadmap for Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P, and FP&A.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Engineers to deliver scalable, automated financial solutions.
  • Own the NetSuite engineering function, including technical standards, release management, and technical debt reduction.
  • Oversee integrations between NetSuite and external systems like CRM, billing, banking, and data warehouses.
  • Ensure all finance systems comply with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • Translate complex business requirements from Finance stakeholders into technical specifications and product features.
  • Manage vendor relationships with NetSuite/Oracle and external implementation partners for licensing and support.
  • Establish incident response practices and SLAs for business-critical processes like month-end close.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in finance systems, fintech, or enterprise application product and engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams that include Product Managers and Engineers, including NetSuite developers or engineers.
  • Deep, hands-on NetSuite expertise including SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0, 2.1), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL/SuiteQL.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions across multiple finance domains such as Tax, Treasury, Accounting, S2P, and FP&A.
  • Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting processes including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and treasury operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and adjacent applications like tax engines, treasury management systems, and procurement automation.
  • Strong technical foundation in system integration and architecture including APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL, and platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance, GAAP, ASC 606, and IT general controls and security best practices.
  • NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certification (preferred).
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, enterprise technology, or public company environment (preferred).
  • Experience with AI/automation in finance workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (preferred).
  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPA) or a CPA-adjacent finance background (preferred).
