What we're looking for
10+ years of proven experience in product management, consulting, design, or engineering.
7+ years of recent people management or leadership experience.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field and/or an MBA with a relevant engineering/quantitative background.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and assistants to accelerate development, improve decision-making, and enhance productivity.
Outstanding communication skills to convey sophisticated ideas concisely and influence outcomes.
Strong analytical abilities, including experience working with data structures.
Consistent track record of working collaboratively with engineering, QA, design, business, finance, and legal teams.
Experience as an app developer or in roles working with developers (preferred).
