What you'll do

Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
10+ years of hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools for coding, review, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security controls.
Ability to solve design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
Practical cloud native experience.
Experience with BMC Control-M, Airflow, AutoSys, or Temporal (preferred); leading global teams (preferred); and application leadership (preferred).
