What you'll do

  • Lead multiple agile scrum teams of 15+ engineers to deliver Python-based data ecosystems and full-stack solutions.
  • Define and execute the enterprise strategy for AI agent platforms and scalable GenAI solutions.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority for microservices-based applications, data engineering pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Drive the adoption of the AI Product Development Lifecycle (AI PDLC), including model governance and compliance.
  • Lead the development of high-volume data pipelines using PySpark, Databricks, and Kafka for regulatory reporting.
  • Architect GenAI agent ecosystems using LLMs and implement Human-in-the-Loop frameworks for auditability and compliance.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools like Devin.AI and GitHub Copilot into the software development lifecycle.
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements from Risk and Finance stakeholders into scalable engineering solutions.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application development, data engineering, or AI platform engineering in regulated environments.
  • 8+ years of experience leading multi-team Agile organizations of 20+ engineers, including hybrid AI-assisted teams.
  • Advanced expertise in Python, PySpark, and the Databricks ecosystem for large-scale data processing and ELT/ETL pipelines.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise AI/GenAI platforms, including agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Devin.AI and GitHub Copilot integrated into engineering workflows.
  • Strong experience with microservices architecture, APIs, cloud-native deployment (Kubernetes/OpenShift), and event-driven platforms like Kafka.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
