What you'll do

  • Lead agile scrum teams of ~15+ engineers, including AI-assisted developers.
  • Define and execute enterprise strategy for Python engineering and full-stack data applications.
  • Serve as senior architect for scalable, resilient, and secure AI agent platforms.
  • Drive adoption of AI Product Development Lifecycle (AI PDLC) with model governance.
  • Develop high-volume data pipelines using PySpark, Databricks, Kafka for regulatory reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Over 12 years of experience in enterprise application development, data engineering, or AI platform engineering.
  • Proven leadership managing multi-team Agile organizations (20+ engineers) and hybrid AI-assisted teams.
  • Advanced expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks ecosystem for large-scale data processing.
  • Experience architecting enterprise AI/GenAI platforms with LLM integrations and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, APIs, cloud-native deployment (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, data mesh, regulatory data requirements, and event-driven systems.
