Python Development Operations Engineer Vice President

What you'll do

• Build solutions for agentic flows and application integration to improve process efficiencies and risk reduction.
• Develop foundational components and mature technology capabilities in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
• Drive the enterprise-wide adoption and successful integration of Generative AI solutions.
• Engineer robust, scalable, and user-friendly end-to-end solutions using a product-focused approach.
• Participate in pair programming and promote lean methodologies to streamline development processes.
• Design and implement scalable systems using high-performance, large-scale distributed architectures.
• Develop partnerships with third-party providers to validate and adopt best-of-breed technology solutions.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
• 5+ years of experience and fluency in at least two programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.
• 3+ years of experience with LLMs, transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
• 3+ years of experience with frameworks such as Spring, Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, and MLFlow.
• 3+ years of experience with database technologies like Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript and Golang (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
