What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
5+ years of experience and fluency in at least two programming languages (preferred: Python and Java).
3+ years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic start-up environments.
3+ years of experience with LLMs, transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
3+ years of experience with frameworks such as Spring, Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, and MLFlow.
3+ years of experience with database technologies (Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB) and messaging platforms like Kafka or JMS/MQ.
Proficiency in UI development (React JS or StreamLit), REST/WebSocket APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).
