What you'll do

Optimize internal processes and workflows to streamline delivery in production and development environments.
Mentor team members through coaching, training, and sharing knowledge in engineering forums.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in a product development or product management environment.
At least 5 years of programming experience in Java and JavaScript.
Proficiency with Spring Boot, React, or Angular.
Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and OpenShift.
Proven experience leading infrastructure programs.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-driven skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
