Lead contractor and development teams to consistently meet project delivery milestones.
Accelerate development through AI-assisted engineering while maintaining quality, security, and reliability standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
5-8 years of software development experience with Java-based enterprise applications.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
Extensive experience designing cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration technologies.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB.
Proven experience leading distributed teams, contractor resources, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
