What you'll do

Develop, implement, and maintain new or revised application systems and programs to meet business needs.
Perform system analysis, feasibility studies, and provide time and cost estimates for IT projects.
Manage all phases of the development lifecycle including design, construction, testing, and implementation.
Provide technical support and advanced programming solutions to internal users and technology groups.
Develop security measures during post-implementation analysis to ensure safe system functionality.
Act as a subject matter expert and coach for senior stakeholders and junior team members.
Ensure all software development complies with firm policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of relevant experience in large scale applications development.
Proficiency with modern technologies including Java EE, SQL, Spring, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and ReactJS.
Experience with design patterns such as microservices and Rest Web Services.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git version control.
Knowledge of Oracle databases and experience with application servers.
Proficiency in build automation tools like Maven.
