Senior Intelligence Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee all aspects of JRIC operations including resource allocation, organizational structure, and threat information collection.
• Implement Baseline Capabilities for State and Major Urban Area Fusion Centers and National SAR Initiatives.
• Develop long-term strategies for threat liaison officer training, critical infrastructure protection, and private sector goals.
• Manage contractors and public safety agency employees assigned to the Joint Regional Intelligence Center.
• Maintain extensive federal, tribal, state, and local contacts to identify and meet client agency needs.
• Act as a primary liaison between various regional information sharing networks and partner organizations.
• Deliver executive-level briefings to government officials, intelligence community members, and public safety partners.
• Establish evaluation criteria and performance goals while preparing reports for quarterly Governance Board Meetings.

What we're looking for

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be eligible for Top Secret.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is desirable (preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the law enforcement or intelligence community.
• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-agency law enforcement, intelligence, or fusion center environments.
• Knowledge of grant management, developing funding strategies, and assessing outcomes.
• US Citizenship.
