What you'll do

Engineer, manage, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and update Active Directory and related directory services.
Support and optimize identity and authentication systems for the enterprise environment.
Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex identity, access, and resource management issues.
Develop and maintain automation and orchestration to streamline maintenance and configuration management.
Implement and enforce security best practices, including hardening, auditing, and compliance with standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and incident response runbooks.
Evaluate, test, and recommend new tools and technologies to modernize the identity environment.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted).
10+ years of related experience.
8-10 years of hands-on experience engineering and managing Active Directory in large, complex enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Systems Design, and Systems Engineering.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, or MCSE (preferred).
