Senior Infrastructure Developer, Application & Web Server Platform

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and Spring Boot services for hosting platform capabilities.
• Build secure, versioned REST APIs for provisioning, configuration, deployment governance, and certificate management.
• Create comprehensive automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and REST Assured for unit, integration, and regression scenarios.
• Integrate build, test, security, and deployment controls into CI/CD pipelines using Maven or Gradle.
• Develop reusable, idempotent Ansible roles to automate server installation, configuration, and JVM tuning.
• Build self-service capabilities for development teams to request server instances, deploy applications, and manage JNDI resources.
• Mentor engineers in Java development, automated testing, secure coding, and modern software engineering practices.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience or equivalent.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience delivering production Java applications or backend services.
• 4+ years of hands-on development with Core Java, including object-oriented design, concurrency, and common design patterns.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful services, and API design.
• 4+ years of experience deploying or supporting application and web servers such as Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere Liberty, or NGINX.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle, Git-based workflows, and integrating automated tests and security scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript with Angular or React (preferred).
• Experience with Ansible automation for infrastructure provisioning and configuration (preferred).
