Senior Manager, Developer Infrastructure and Build Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on software development, CI/CD, and agentic AI experiences.
• Define the engineering vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and architecture for a cohesive developer experience platform.
• Manage team execution by prioritizing projects, balancing workloads, and tracking dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Perforce, Git, GitHub, GitLab, and various CI/CD platforms.
• Deliver a new platform that accelerates software development and improves developer productivity.
• Own the operational health of products, including reliability, performance, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Ensure security, privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI principles are integrated into all product designs.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Software engineering experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering build systems, CI/CD platforms, and innovative developer experiences.
• Experience defining technical strategy and leading the architecture of distributed, full-stack software systems.
• Deep understanding of build systems, C++, CUDA, and experience with CMake or Bazel.
• Experience operating business-critical services with high standards for reliability, security, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align engineers, partners, and executives.
