What you'll do

  • Lead the development and enhancement of IAM products including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta.
  • Implement authorization methods such as RBAC/ABAC/PBAC role management and Separation of Duties.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes within Microsoft Active Directory for account creation and modification.
  • Integrate IAM tools with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Build automation workflows using PowerShell scripts, RPA, SQL, and Power Automate.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for identity creation, vaulting, and password management.
  • Create and automate the collection of metrics to track system performance and data.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to peers on IAM technologies and white papers.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with Identity and Access Management.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with SailPoint engineering and/or architecting.
  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Advanced understanding of IAM platforms including Saviynt and Okta.
  • Experience creating and updating scripts, code, and using automation tools like PowerShell, RPA, SQL, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with APIs (REST, JSON) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Active Directory and performing directory integrations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
