Lead Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the Saviynt/MyAccess platform to ensure stability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the technical architecture, design, configuration, and overall ownership of SaaS IGA systems.
• Design and enforce security controls including Conditional Access policies, Zero Trust principles, and regular access reviews.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows, provisioning logic, and automated certifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SaaS connectors, integrations, and complex workflow logic across enterprise applications.
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and operational support materials for the IGA platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across IAM and SaaS initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of intelligent automation to minimize manual intervention in identity workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent enterprise IAM/IGA experience.
• 7 or more years of IT experience with exposure to identity governance and production platform support.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt or comparable SaaS IGA platforms for configuration, workflows, and provisioning.
• Experience managing and integrating enterprise SaaS applications such as Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and GitHub.
• Practical knowledge of HR source integrations and directory systems like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience working in regulated environments with compliance, audit, and access controls.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with intent to become a US Citizen.
• Preferred certifications include Saviynt, CISSP, CISM, or Security+.
