The Saviynt IAM Engineer joins the Information Security & Policy portfolio to design, develop, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration capabilities. This role focuses on Saviynt EIC to manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver events, automated provisioning, and access certifications. The engineer will build scalable solutions for SaaS, cloud, and enterprise applications by configuring workflows, roles, and Segregation of Duties controls. Key technical requirements include hands-on experience with Saviynt EIC, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and SCIM. The position involves troubleshooting complex identity data, performing root-cause analysis, and integrating heterogeneous systems like databases and directories. By translating security requirements into technical configurations, the engineer ensures the integrity and availability of financial systems while maintaining least-privilege patterns across the enterprise infrastructure.
Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Saviynt EIC solutions for enterprise identity governance.
Build and enhance Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and automated provisioning controls.
Configure access request workflows, approval chains, entitlement governance, and role structures.
Develop and maintain access certification campaigns, reviewer logic, and remediation workflows.
Onboard SaaS, cloud, and enterprise applications using Saviynt connectors and custom integration patterns.
Develop integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC/SQL, and other supported integration methods.
Implement RBAC, role engineering, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and least-privilege patterns.
Diagnose and resolve complex identity data, provisioning, connector, and performance issues in production.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, security engineering, application integration, or related identity engineering disciplines.
2+ years of recent, hands-on Saviynt engineering/development experience, preferably with Saviynt EIC (preferred).
Hands-on experience developing and configuring Saviynt EIC solutions for enterprise-scale identity governance and lifecycle automation.
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, SCIM, and integration troubleshooting for heterogeneous applications including SaaS and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of IAM/IGA principles including RBAC, SoD, least privilege, and identity correlation.
Experience with production support, including incident diagnosis, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and controlled releases.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green card holder with intent to become a U.S. Citizen.
