What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Saviynt EIC solutions to support enterprise identity governance and administration capabilities.
  • Build and automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes including birthright access and provisioning controls.
  • Configure access request workflows, approval chains, entitlement governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Develop and maintain access certification campaigns, reviewer logic, and remediation workflows.
  • Onboard SaaS, cloud, and enterprise applications using Saviynt connectors and custom integration patterns like REST APIs and SCIM.
  • Troubleshoot complex identity data issues, connector failures, and performance problems in production environments.
  • Create technical documentation, configuration standards, runbooks, and reusable engineering patterns for the IGA platform.
  • Mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership on Saviynt implementation and troubleshooting practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green card holder.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, security engineering, or related identity engineering disciplines.
  • 2+ years of recent, hands-on Saviynt engineering and development experience, preferably with Saviynt EIC.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, and integration troubleshooting for heterogeneous applications including SaaS, cloud, and databases.
  • Strong understanding of IAM/IGA principles such as RBAC, SoD, least privilege, and lifecycle controls.
  • Experience with SCIM, LDAP/Active Directory concepts, and identity correlation from authoritative sources like HR systems.
  • Saviynt technical certification or formal training; experience with other IGA platforms, cloud providers, or scripting languages (preferred).
