As a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer in the Identity Governance and Administration team at Prudential, you will collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and other stakeholders to enhance the company’s Identity Management platform. Your daily tasks include defining technical designs, implementing identity management solutions, conducting root cause analysis for defects, and integrating new security features into existing products. You will also mentor team members and foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation. The role requires expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) V8.4 and higher, including workflow, forms, application onboarding, API, and plugins. Familiarity with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud is preferred, along with knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of security identity architectures, privileged access management, and regulatory compliance standards like PCI/SOX/Fed.
Ensure compliance of Identity Governance platforms with Information Security Standards.
Implement identity management solutions for projects hands-on.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive solution changes to address complex issues.
Integrate new security features into existing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Mentor team members on identity technologies and embed learning in daily activities.
What we're looking for
3+ years of developer experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) V8.4 and higher.
Deep understanding of identity management platforms like SailPoint IIQ, PingOne AIC, or ForgeRock ID Cloud.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in identity security.
Expertise in security identity architectures, privileged access management, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with agile development methodologies and ability to mentor team members effectively.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
CISSP, CCSP, or similar certification preferred.
