Senior HW Dev Engineer, Payload

What you'll do

• Own PCBA development from initial concept through final production.
• Design and optimize electronic sub-systems and high-speed digital circuitry.
• Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and stack-up optimization for performance and cost.
• Manage PCB vendor engagement for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews.
• Generate test plans and procedures based on high-level requirement definitions.
• Perform board bring-up and execute test campaigns for modules and subsystems.
• Design automated test systems, test fixtures, and factory test processes.
• Support the transition of hardware designs into full-scale production.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in system-level architecture and board-level design.
• Experience in motherboard design, PCB design, schematic capture, stackup, and circuit board layout.
• Experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, and signal integrity.
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
