What you'll do

Own PCBA development from initial concept through final production.
Design and optimize various electronic sub-system blocks.
Design high-speed digital circuitry in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and vendor engagement for DFM reviews.
Optimize PCB stack-up to balance performance requirements with manufacturing costs.
Create test plans and procedures based on high-level requirement definitions.
Perform board bring-up and execute test campaigns for various modules and subsystems.
Design automated test systems, fixtures, and factory testing processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
4+ years of industry experience in mixed signal PCBA design.
3+ years of experience using schematic tools like Siemens Xpedition, Cadence OrCad, or Altium Designer.
2+ years of experience using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
1+ years of experience in high-speed digital design such as SERDES, Ethernet, or PCIe.
1+ years of experience with signal and/or power integrity (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
