The Senior Group Product Manager, Marketing Platform joins the Marketing Platform team to lead the strategy and evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem. You will manage and develop a team of Product Managers while shaping a long-term platform vision to simplify systems and improve workflows across Lifecycle, Digital, Direct Mail, and Partner channels. Your daily responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, evaluating data infrastructure, and designing scalable solutions for cross-channel measurement, attribution, and marketing operations. You will utilize core competencies in marketing technology ecosystems, including customer data platforms, campaign management tools, marketing automation, and digital analytics. This role solves complex technical problems by integrating data architecture and workflow automation to enable coordinated, AI-powered marketing capabilities and data-driven decision-making within a regulated financial technology environment.
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the marketing technology platform.
Evaluate existing marketing tools and data infrastructure to identify gaps and integration opportunities.
Partner with Engineering and Analytics to design scalable solutions for cross-channel measurement and attribution.
Establish frameworks for evaluating technology investments and prioritizing platform improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to ensure effective product execution.
Shape the long-term vision for AI-powered marketing capabilities and cross-channel orchestration.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent).
8+ years of product management experience.
2+ years of direct people management experience.
4+ years of experience managing platform, infrastructure, or other technically complex products.
Experience defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps for platforms supporting multiple business functions or teams.
Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems, including customer data platforms, campaign management tools, marketing automation, and digital analytics.
Experience evaluating, designing, or improving complex technical systems involving data infrastructure, system integrations, or workflow automation.
Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
