What you'll do

Define and champion the technical evolution of the Okta UI framework.
Prioritize and execute a roadmap for design systems, globalization, and accessibility.
Partner with global engineering and design teams to deliver scalable infrastructure.
Synthesize complex requirements from customers and internal stakeholders into broad-value features.
Use product data to optimize and measure the developer experience for internal teams.
Lead roadmap execution in direct partnership with development scrum teams.

What we're looking for

5-8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
Proven ability to produce actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a track record of collaborating across global functions.
Demonstrated business results from platform capabilities or products shipped at scale.
Direct experience managing design systems, UI frameworks, or core software platforms (preferred).
Deep familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), digital security protocols, and enterprise infrastructure (preferred).
Proven expertise in managing localization/globalization at scale and ensuring WCAG accessibility compliance (preferred).
